Registration Agreement

By purchasing a ticket to The Elite 30, attendees acknowledge and agree to all terms, policies, procedures, and participation requirements associated with the event.

Payment Authorization

payment is being submitted knowingly and voluntarily,

No Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable due to:

and immediate onboarding/access provided after registration.

No refunds will be issued for:

scheduling conflicts,

travel issues,

personal emergencies,

inability to attend,

Ticket Transfer Policy

Tickets may be transferred with prior written approval from the event team.

The original ticket holder is responsible for:

coordinating payment arrangements with the new attendee,

submitting transfer information,

and ensuring all attendee information is updated prior to the event.

By completing registration and payment, attendees agree not to initiate or pursue chargebacks for:

Immediate Fulfillment Acknowledgment

Attendees acknowledge that portions of The Elite 30 experience begin immediately upon registration, including but not limited to:

Event Modifications

The event organizers reserve the right to:

modify schedules,

adjust speaker lineups,

change session structure,

substitute presenters if necessary,

or make reasonable event modifications as needed.

Media Release

By attending The Elite 30, attendees acknowledge and agree that photographs, video footage, and media captured during the event may be used for:

Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to maintain professional, respectful, and appropriate conduct throughout the experience.

The event organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, or harmful to the event environment without refund.

Limitation of Liability

The Elite 30, its organizers, speakers, affiliates, partners, staff, and venue affiliates shall not be held liable for:

lost or stolen belongings,

Travel & Accommodations

Unless otherwise stated, attendees are responsible for:

all sales are final,
